The preload seed is a 128-bit number with 2^128 (340,282,366,920,938,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) possible combinations; it cannot be bruteforced, derived, or guessed in any way, and it'll only be released on the 17th in Japan and Australia (16th for everyone else). Leaks won't come from a preload, full stop.

The number of people and the date of distribution for review copies have been severely restricted as a result of M&L leaking as early as it did; review copy leaks are borderline impossible at this stage.

Anyone can say they work at EB Games/GameStop/GAME/Walmart and that shipments are arriving this or that day. This means literally nothing.
Given that the games release on a Friday, the most likely shipping date range is between Wednesday this week and Monday next week, no earlier and no later.
Even in this case, you're risking more than just a slap in the wrist for tampering with and potentially stealing stock.

If there's a legitimate leak at all, it's likely, but not guaranteed, that it'll end up in the hands of dataminers like SciresM (!t.3fxzeyWo) before anybody else.
