Being able to gen and inject shiny pokemon makes them worthless. I don’t trade and value my shiny pokemon based on how long each SR/RE takes and the shiny chance. I also give them monetary value based on the total time it takes to find the shiny.

Unpopular opinion but Gamefreak & Pokeco should go to a blockchain based infrastructure for their games where each Pokémon is tied to the network. That way there's no way to cheat and also no way to transfer mons to newer gens

The tech that makes stuff like bitcoin involves cryptography. I'm saying that tech should be what drives anti-cheating tools for Pokémon. That makes catching legendaries a Herculean task and trading Pokémon truly special because all you're doing is trading pieces of data that you earned
