I have no idea why they didn't put Cresselia in the Darkrai movie. They even had some guy selling Lunar Wings but Cresselia itself never appeared

Heatran at least got to be used by the villain of the Arceus movie. Meanwhile all Cresselia had was a small cameo with a bunch of other legendaries at the beginning of the Giratina movie

Sometimes I don´t have anything against event exclusives. Especially when they introduced qr codes, where you can just get it whenever you want.
