Ghetsis has no use for Kyurem if his original plan succeeded and the official site specifically mention Reshiram and Zekrom in his bio instead of Kyurem so I doubt he'll use it.

Kyurem functioned as a way to take away N's Dragon. If he succeeds, he could decide to capture Kyurem down the line so he could take away N's power.

I feel like N wouldn't just hand his dragon over to Ghetsis, even if he didn't know his true colors.

Ghetsis also seems like the kind of person who would never be satisfied with the power he has. It wouldn't surprise me if he at least intended to restore the original dragon.

I find it interesting that he has the Shadow Triad give you the Gen 4 orbs in BW's postgame, too. Makes you wonder what he had those for.

Nothing, shit like that I consider non-canon and just an excuse to give you legendary items since they can't be imported.

They're not just lying around somewhere (even BW2 does that) or for sale at an antique store when that would've been perfectly fine. Instead, it's a cutscene where you receive them on the villain's behalf. They even say cryptic shit about him testing/using you.

I wouldn't be surprised if he made a passing mention, even to Cyrus or something. If not now, then I guess never, but it's possible.
