The only reason we had new UBs is because they wanted to put them in SM already, but couldn't because those games were rushed. Proof of that is the Riddler (also fuck him for lying about new alolan forms) hinted at UB Burst's existence back in 2016. Same probably goes for Lycarrot since it was as a placeholder in the PGL. It was meant to be in SM.

So my guess is that GF already added all the alolan forms they wanted in SM, so didn't feel the need to create more for USUM.
