Here is the download link for Pokemon Ultra Moon .3ds Files. There are TWO in the ZIP File, One is with Outlines, the other has No Outlines Patch so you play on whichever you prefer! They have already been converted from CIA to .3DS Files so just open Citra and then open the file and BOOM You are Ready to Play!
