I think you need about 1 more gb to be able to install it. Or you could delete the cia off of the 3ds, and use servefiles on your computer to install the cia over your network. It's slower, but doesn't require extra space.

I'm installing the one from the CITRA thread OP. Seems to be alright so far, but it's only at 932mb installed. Still probably got 45 minutes to go.
