I guess you could say I'm too deep but I just see it as enjoying Pokemon. There's not a single game I didn't enjoy at least a little bit, so I don't really mind paying to play whatever is new in the series. That sounds exactly like something someone who was in too deep would say but that's what I've got.
I guess it helps that for whatever reason I only played Sun a single time, so the idea of USUM being very similar isn't particularly off-putting to me. I can imagine being a lot more frustrated if I played it more than once.
