USUM: Can you trade from a Citra game to the real one?

Hello, I have a questio nabout Pokémon Ultra Sun and Moon.

Can you trade your pokemon from a Citra game to your real, physical game?

And btw. why is everyone so negative towards these new games?

Also, it's opinions, don't worry so much other's may not enjoy it.I personlly think there's not enough new content to warrant a purchase, but you may feel otherwise.

Right now it doesn't look like it. Citra's not that far along with it's multiplayer functions.

Install a .cia of the game and inject your save file into it, then transfer your pokemon to bank. Afterwards withdraw them to your cart.
