Imo, I think Groudon and Kyogre tied this time around. A lot of what we got wasn't fleshed out, meaningful or useful, and there were some sketchy decisions on Game Freak's part. And we're lacking the much-requested Alola forms. But we did get a lot of stuff that we didn't have in Sun and Moon, many of which are good additions.
