Since this mon gets Trick Room, wouldn't it actually be a decent user of it? Similar to how some other mons have to use a set-up move, you just use TR, hit Gyro Ball, and kill some stuff late-game. It's pretty much Steelix, which is NU, so it won't be PU gutter trash.
