It is true, there is more stuff. However, the new stuff they are showcasing is barely worth noting. The 6 and a half new pokemon seem like something, and they are, but all but one half are legendaries.
There is a new battle facility, but it is the least inspired one possible.
Even little shit, like the """new""" tutor moves is in Groudon's territory.
USUM does add more than any other third version in terms of sheer volume of content, but compared to what was already there, and considering you need to divide it in half like BW2, it was the worst improvement over the original barring Blue and Yellow. It is seriously on-par with Crystal, and Crystal had nobody to disappoint.
