Blacephalon is definitely a mixed bag. Being a mixed attacker with alright speed can make it difficult to wall. Surprise Explosion to meme Special Walls out of existance

Stakataka just seems like another Rock/Steel type. Possibly the best one, not that that's a high bar to achieve

Ultra Necrozma seems pretty ridiculous on paper, but whether it's AG tier, I'll wait and see the carnage for myself

Yup, the guy from the video explains it in a comment. It just needs to hold the Z-Crystal and you can trigger the transformation whenever you want during battle. It works just like a Mega Evolution.
