lycanroc - both lycanroc forms are currently PU, but the new lycanroc has tough claws, which boosts accelerock, crunch, brick break, and the elemental fangs. it also has a powerful z move that could allow it to act as a breaker, and it has a good matchup against a lot of pokémon in NU, so i think it'll be NU
necrozma dm and necrozma dw are both going to be ubers. they are both extremely bulky, can hit hard, and have good movepools, but they have bad speed tiers. lunala will probably outclass necrozma dw, but necrozma dm could be used to sweep or check xerneas and arceus fairy
necrozma u is going to be ubers or anything goes. if it's ubers, it'll get a lot of use because it has a great speed tier, defensive and offensive stats just below mega rayquaza's, a great offensive ability, set up moves, and great coverage.
naganadel will be BL or OU. it has a great speed tier, a good dual stab, fire blast to hit things that resist its stabs, beast to boost to accumulate speed or special attack boosts, and nasty plot. it will probably run mostly specs or scarf, but it also has nasty plot to sweep potentially. if it's no OU, there's no way it stays in UU because it outspeeds and beats everything.
stakakata will be bad, probably PU, but maybe NU
i think blacephorian will be BL or OU. it has very high special attack and a decent speed tier, along with a potent stab combo and a very powerful stab attack, but 107 speed puts it below stuff like keldeo, gengar, and latios, which can revenge kill it, and it's coverage options are extremely limited, making it struggle against tyranitar. it also gets trick, which makes what'll probably be its best sets, specs and scarf, more viable than they would've been otherwise.
zeraora will be UU, RU, or NU. it would have the best speed tier in OU, but its typing and ability suck, its stats outside of its speed suck, and it's outclassed by koko, thundurus, and raikou
