Which one is used for Ultra Necrozma? In the files, there's themes labeled 08 and 09 that could be it. 09 was fucking amazing, 08 was fucking trash.

Again, neitger of them are random noises, so i cant really understand what you are trying to say with that.
Your descriptions cant even precise which theme you are talking about and they are both very different.

My first impression was that it sounds that way to purposefully makes you feel tense when battling a powerful final boss like a lot of people pointed out. It sounds as if necrozma is going to blow up the planet and you have little time to stop him. It is not a sophisticated theme by any means, but the way it sounds 'big' with the overblown moments of panicky organ sounds + other synths in the background makes it work for the way they represented Necrozma in the trailers as this terryfying threat to the universe (no idea how it turned out in game). I can see why some people could not like it, it might seem a little cheap - like the DUUUUN sounds to make a scene in a movie trailer seem more intense - and appears to be a sort of build up that never ends, so maybe on its own it couldnt not hold up, but for this purpose it is very effective in my opinion. As for the DM/DW necrozma theme- im not sure how it sounds messy, seems like a pleasant and rather typical theme that is a twist on the themes of Solgaleo/Lunala. If i mean messy it makes me think of Giratina's theme from Platinum that seemed like a few different themes mashed into one - which again worked for some people and didnt for others, depending on their expectations of what kind of music would properly represent the personality of Giratina.
