Are the locked SM areas open now?

So in SM certain areas appeared to have been developed but blocked from the player at last minute. Some examples of this are the pools above brooklet hill, a corridor by the lake of sunne / moone, and the golf course. Are these areas open now?

yeah bro, the battle frontier project is complete in this game as well, theres a boat to it in post game

gonna be the best pokemon games on 3ds
