5 times in a row? Necrozma's SM form had much more thematic ties to Rock and Dark. I'm not saying to change Ultra Necrozma's design (I like it), but it's not like we don't already have "dragons" that aren't Dragon-type. In fact one of those is the most popular Pokemon in the entire series.
How would you have felt if pic related were the Alola Legendary typings? I also changed Solgaleo and Lunala to make Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings feel more distinct. As far as Cosmoem changing to 2 types it doesn't have, Cubone -> Alolan Marowak already set the precedent for that.
