A steel type defogger could certainly have some uses, since it reasists stealth rock and it is immune to toxic spikes, tailwind to add team support, magic coat to keep hazards off the field, and steel type multi attack, iron head or flash cannon, I could definitely see Silvally going up in usage, not OU or UU, but it certainly got better
