I think it should probably run Jolly to make use of the 110 base speed, so you can function without having to boost first.

In doubles, why not ! Not with max speed though, and it would be wise to see if what does it have over Cress or Suicune in this case.

to be honest, I didn't see myself running Icy Wind primarina for anything other than gross fetishy reasons, but I'm actually happy in more ways than one that its actually somewhat useful on her. she'd end up competing with my bulky milotic on my usual doubles team though
