>>34097678At this point I'm worried GF's incompetence is due to their vision more than anything. They had the time to come up with SOMETHING substantial, but chose to squander it on those 100 little tiny events no one gives a fuck about. This is coming from someone who mostly enjoys the SM cutscenes because they do a good job establishing the setting and atmosphere.
I'm also quite mad how features keep getting dropped, yes. I thought Mega Evolution was a mistake at first but it slowly won me over and made me hope everything gets a mega at some point, but leaving it in this unfinished state instead of just scrapping it is quite literally the worst thing they can do. I don't give a fuck about Z-moves, but at this point I'm worried GF will think they need to come up with yet ANOTHER gimmick, and I don't know whether to be worried if it will be good because GF will inevitably drop it or not.
At least Gen 7 is still better than Gen 6>>34097713Gen 5's underperformance really fucking killed everything, didn't it?
