Normal only goes up to round 20.

1 BP per match for 1-10
2 BP per match for 11-19
20 for round 20. Winning gets your Pokemon a baby ribbon.

Super gets unlimited streak/way more BP, worthwhile streak rewards, the passport stamp, and a big ribbon.
