Check out the game fantasy life, it had a DLC called origin island that was unlocked by measly 2 block update (0.25mb), other games like dragonball xenoverse on the otherhand already have parts of the data in the game, DLC 1 to 3 was datamined shortly after release

Most of USUM's additions are just one note and minor things that will hold little to no interest with fans. The only notable thing it did was add new Pokemon midgen. Literally everything else is the same besides the expanded story. Battle Tree and Royal? No changes added to them. The Battle Agency? A shitty gimped version of the Factory.
