It's got a BST similar to a starter but is min-maxed to be a special sweeper with Nasty Plot and a solid movepool. So not really.

None in-game. As far as I can tell, no NPC ever mentions Naganadel, sadly.

Oddly, the only "codename" referenced in USUM is Guzzlord's (a person on its planet calls it Mr. Glutton and is confused when you call it Guzzlord). Kartana is called Kartana by the people on its planet. URS calls Poipole, Stakataka, and Blacephalon by their "proper" names. The other UBs have no humans in their habitats. Looker post-game has been removed.
