>>34102700Since when refilling PP was ever a big deal? Unless you are doing a Nuzlocke/Speedrun, it is SO easy to Teleport/Fly/Dig/Escape Rope/Walk to the nearest Center. Also, who cares? So PP can be refilled with a TM glitch, big fucking deal.
If anything, reusable TMs is one of the best feature in making Pokèmon more accessible.
