What good does drain punch do for incineroar? It already got leech life which got a significant buff this gen. It really needed Sucker Punch.

Bug is a terrible offensive type.

Incineroar is basically 2nd now only under Primarina in viability.

The owl stays mediocre.

It gets Knock Off for psychic coverage while Drain Punch covers dark types and more. Sucker Punch would've been great, but Drain Punch's typing and Knock Off together are really good on the whole.

What does Drain Punch hit that Fire/Dark/Bug can't? Steel and Ice die to fire and Rock is unresisted. Drain Punch is an inferior option without STAB.

More of the same is not good, it's redundant. He needs something to offset his speed. Slow Fire types generally do poorly unless they have good typing or are name Heatran. Hell, the pig needs it more that the wrastler

what >>34110152 said plus we got Doublade in the same tier that does the Swords Dance into Shadow Sneak much better.
Also there is Dhelmise and Tsareena in the same tier with much more new and useful moves to use which might just push them above Decidueye.
