You forgot to set a nature for Aegislash.
Bulky spread on a Calm Mind + 3 attacks mon doesn't increase your survivability that much. You need speed to attack before all the bulky mons you want to sweep through.
Fast mixed attackers like HP Ice Marshadow always want to drop SpD instead of Def because almost all priority is physical. Hoopa and Latios are some of the very rare exceptions because their natural bulk actually lets them survive strong neutral special hits.
Perish Trap Gengar usually runs Protect and only one attack with max HP investment to potentially be able to kill two weakly-attacking mons in this manner. But Dual STAB with max SpA lets you oneshot more stuff you need dead ASAP. Dunno which is better in your case because I don't know what environment you'd even field your team in and what you'd be fighting against.
