I didn't take a complete look to who learns it, but being able to take a hit for an ally in doubles is really good.
Porygon2 could be a viable user thanks to its bulk and recovery.
M-Sableye and Drifblim learns it now, and have useful immunites, you could prevent an ally from being hit by All-out pummeling or Tectonic Rage, for the latter, for exemple.
You could use it to switch place with a Tailwind/TR setter so they can avoid Taunts, allowing them to drop Mental Herb and freeing their item slot.
Fake out can still mess with this strat in particular.
Overall, Ally switch is an option to consider now.
