So like, there's always gonna be 90000 gazillion times more less viable guys than actually usable guys.
And there are some Pokemon that aren't even that terrible! Heck, the majority of Pokemon are in the bottom, and there are still loads not OU but still not as good.
I guess that's just the way it is, right? Not EVERY Pokemon can be good, or else none of them would be.
