No, he was on a Silver cartrdige, a Feraligatr, so he's forever lost to whatever hell batteries go when they die.

Played again on the DS and still have my Empoleon from Diamond though, from 2007.

No, like most other original pokemon fans, my first pokemon (a Pikachu in my case) died sometime in the aughts to the batteries running dry. At least they lasted a few years and not a few weeks like some of my friends.

A charmender from 1998? No, plus I overwrite that savefile to play a Bulbasaur run.
I have my Red, G/S/C carts but the battery is dead and not sure about Yellow. I transferred my Swampert from Emerald and Shiny Dodrio from FRLG.

wiped my original yellow save a while back to fuck around with glitches
my favorite member would be probably my swampert in sapphire, was the first time i could actually beat the elite four by running in, getting level ups, until he could carry though everything so i guess hes my all time favorite

My oldest are part of a team from Fire Red, Charizard, Dragonite, Mewtwo and Zapdos. I’ve kept them from my first ever run of the game, so they’re about 13 years old by now. They’re definitely one of my favorite parties I’ve ever used. No idea what the other two mons were, I’ve never been able to remember. I want to say they were a Sneasel and a Suicune, but they got lost at some point, so I’ll never be sure.

My first game was Red, so my first ever pokemon is long gone.

My Typhlosion died with Crystal after the battery fucked itself even though it shouldnt have. Had to sell my DS later on to get food so I had no way to migrate my gba Pokemon to ds so my oldest stuff is from Platinum/Soul silver. Hatched a shiny Charizard by luck on Soul Silver and just remembered I can give it a bottlecap now since its jolly and has DD

My Red/Yellow/Gold saves have long since died.

The oldest Pokemon I've been able to transfer into Moon is my starter Blaziken from original Ruby that I got on release day. He's probably older than half of the people here.

The oldest I have is a Medicham I used in my Pearl squad from 2008. I don't remember what I did with the rest of the team from that playthrough but they're all gone and Medicham's the only one left :(

My very first is a Blastoise, but I haven't checked if my Blue cart save still works. My Sapphire save still works, and I have the save and the Swamprt that carried me through Hoenn safely digitized.
