When being gifted Poipole by the URS can you synchronize the nature for easy SR (like Type: Null In SM) or is it always random?

Also, Alolan starter HA available in game? I've heard rumors but not confirmed .

You can synchronize the nature just like Type:Null and you don't have to take it right away.

It's evolution is a poison/dragon type with 127 SpA and 121 speed with 73 in everything else. It also has access to Nasty Plot.
