For that last hour I have been trying to compile PKHeX from Github with this video but have run into errors with Visual Studio Community 2017. What the fuck do I do? Is there some other way to compile this shit. I've never compiled anything.

What errors are you getting? have you tried googling them for solutions? No one will even be able to help you if you don't explain what exactly you need help with.
There are probably other ways to compile it but there's no need to look into those unless you're on linux or something.

Check that you have a folder named PKHeX.Tests in PKHeX-master/Tests that contains the files in pic related. Could be your problem if they're missing.
