He got teleported to the USUM universe and time right before getting snatched by Giratina. The Cyrus from USUM's timeline may be 35+ (chronologically at least, since time doesn't really flow the same in Distortion World) but the one we fight in the RR episode is still 27

Wow it's almost as if the 3DS is an underpowered handheld that could probably not handle big ass models and it would require crazy camera maneuvers (i.g Wailord vs Joltik)
