I don't have the time to individually level up each pokemon anymore you nigger, it's been a godsend that they decided to have the exp share work on all 6 pokemon again, makes it feel like other rpgs where your whole party levels up regardless if you have them fighting or not

In the case of SM he's right though. I used the EXP share the entire game yet I still ended up under the E4's level and most of the totem fights were still decently challenging. They actually balanced it properly unlike XY/ORAS.

the problem with the new exp share is that it shouldn't be called an exp share. its really and exp boost. you're crazy if you think im gonna miss out on 50% bonus exp for my whole team
it would be better if it made your main pokemon get 50% but the rest of your team get 10% each

Turn EXP Share off if you plan to carry the same 5 or 6 throughout the whole game. Turn it on if you are going to constantly switch out and try different Pokemon.
