I'm running some calcs for giggles. I'm using Latias for Necrosma, Psychic for Photon Geyser, Shattered Psyche for Light that Burns the Sky, and giving it an Expert belt for its item. I'm also unsure of, but am assuming it gets Dragon Pulse. I've tweaked the details where they matter.
252+ Atk Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latias: 378-446 (112.8 - 133.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
So, if Mega Fug goes first (Scarf, Predicted Switch, ect), it gets an easy OHKO.
252+ Atk Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latias: 282-333 (84.1 - 99.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Even if it only lands a DA, that puts Necrozma within KO range if rocks are in play, and renders it vulnerable to priority.
However, Fug needs prediction or a scarf to do this. On the other hand.

Necrozma does not fuck around either, and IS landing these hits. Fug does force Necrozma to run a speed boosting nature and at least 144 speed EVs to guarantee outspeeding the fastest, non-scarfed fug. However, the fact that it can't OHKO with Photon Geyser means Fug CAN play prediction to get a switch in. However, this is risky, and can only be done once.

Also good figures for Necrozma. Marshadow cannot be a pocket check to Necrozma, though it can threaten it if it is injured, or rocks are in play.
