For my money, I say its worth it, but only if you're okay with doing most of the s/m events again, but they added tiny stuff that makes the game interesting like way more npc events. It is challening and gives you a better roster of Pokemon to catch, and there are fun ways to gain bp and find legendares, all in all. The story is rather different, and some parts are hilarious (mostly because some of the scenes look fucking hilarious) honestly though. It is entirely up to you.
