- Following pokemon with realistic limitations (like not having a fish pokemon floating/flopping around on land and a Groudon walking around behind you in a small town)
- Contests - bring them back and expand them, give us something more to compete in, Type based contests (Like a Water-Type contest), themed based (Like Pink colored Pokemon) etc.
- Small things like bases, hidden grottos, apricorn trees, underground etc, things that they remove each gen, bring them back as added things to do.
- Gyms - Trials were a good idea but BADLY done, they're just Gyms but water downed and have less going on for them, the trial captains were sort of pointless and even the Anime reduced them down to school kids. Bring Gyms back and expand on them, make them harder or have a system were you don't have to do gyms in certain order but the gym leaders levels depend on how many badges you have.
- More variety in Pokemon, stop making every route have the same Pokemon over and over and have different ways of getting Pokemon, have more Pokemon in the overworld that can be captured (B2W2 did this) honey trees etc.
