There are, indeed, Spanish-speaking poketubers, they just don't upload as constantly and obnoxiously as the English-speaking ones, if you know where to look and ignore clickbait and giveaways.

My only complaint, however, is that some of them talk in Spanglish, especially when they talk about competitive.
