Pretty near perfect taste actually. Swampert is more deserving on the Ultra rank than Blastoise though. Its one of the few "consistent" starters in the series by far.

It's a template done over a year ago that i dug up. I believe a similar template was used for the 14 thread-spanning starter poll done in early 2016. I unfortunately don;t have any up to date version.

No. Samurott is a broken design, and straight up the only bad water starter. Meganium is bland, but nothing outright terrible.
Emboar should be on the bottom, not sure how I screwed that up.
