probably not THE strongest, but its really good.
Dark stab is good in game, Muk has good bulk and gets easy DOT with poison touch

Muk-A makes for a pretty good bulky attacker. Not OU material with Landorus-T running around, but his Knock Offs and Pursuits hit hard enough and he has good Special Defense.

Nonexistent speed is a non issue if your bulky and have a solid typing to compensate. Pic-related's laughable speed doesn't stop her from being one of the most annoying tanks in existence.
