How does the shiny charm interact with eggs?
I know that on the surface it triples the chances of shiny pokémon, but since shiny eggs work so differently and take trainer data into consideration, something else must be going under the hood.
If I bred a large batch of eggs with the Masuda method and the shiny charm and transferred them all to a different game, would they be as likely to be shiny as they would in the original game? Would the effect of the shiny charm "fall off"?
