Nigga no ultra sun and ultra moon are very different games. I doubt you could transfer save data thru jksm.

Unless there is something going here I don't know about

If there are any differences between the saves, I'm sure you can just flip flags or whatever else is necessary in PKHex. The map is the same so co-ordinates shouldn't be a problem. I am not sure it is up to date with USUM though.
