It outspeeds all of them, Deci can't take a Photon Geinser, it has Power Gen for Incineroar and Primarina can get on shoted if you have bad IV's/luck.

If they're at least equal level with a decent amount of EVs in their attacking stat of choice, yes... excpet for primarina, that one gets cucked by its z-move being water type since ultra necro is psychic/dragon
