While more difficult than what you'd seen in other 3DS games, its actually not as hard as some of main game bosses, however at this point I had a Mega so that probably changes things.

It definitely made me think more about how I could win. My team was about 4-7 levels lower than all of them and most of the legends I had to toxic stall with gastrodon. Giovanni was actually the easiest for my team.

It's fun and some the battles get a little tough, but I wish there weren't so many grunts to fight. They have oddly bulky stuff, so it takes some time to get through each area.

My Alolan Raichu swept most of it with Nasty Plot, Signal Beam (Mantine Surf and trade in points for it), Psychic, and Thunderbolt. It was more time consuming than challenging.
