This make zero sense for a number of different reason. The first one is the HG/SS ware remakes, the start with aincredibly solid base called G/S/Cr for the GBC. They ware not a new generation, nobody was expected this two remakes to introduce anything. Aside from the machnic bring back from the D/P. With Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon they clearly have stated that "We need to expect bigger changer then a simple Emerald or Platnium". According to the data mining at least. So it make zero sense make this paragon.
