The Pokemon are all legal.
When people go overboard with it, they are ruining the experience for themselves, as well.
Technically, all Pokemon are data. What makes them more is the value you apply to them. You can't distinguish a legal, injected Pokemon, from a legal, legitimately caught Pokemon. What is the difference, then? If it's not used in a way to cheat other people, then who cares how that Pokemon came to be? It's still a Pokemon, and you are discriminating against them for no reason and without proof most of the time.
