Anyone know where to get the TMs for Thunderbolt and Sword Dance in Ultra moon? (i cant seem to find the dancer to fight in poni area)

I fought her, if i didn't i can't seem to find her in the the other meadows. on the second island she is on route 6?

Ok, for anyone interested, to get Sword dance you have to fight the same dancer 4 times, she appears where the meadows are (in route 6 its near the pokecenter east of the route), and she appears only during daytime (ingame).
