I guess but does not do a good of being a "conclusion" of Gen 6 & 7
Or if you disliked Gen 6/7 it's the perfect send off being a lazy conclusion

Well thematically BW was Truth/Ideals but you really couldn't have a bothie 3rd version. So they made sequels with the Key system which they felt was a justifiable reason for two games and such a big new Dex
