With all these changes, we have what is potentially the most absurdedly broken mon to ever exist, insta-banned from any competitive format, and virtually undefeatable by any other pokemon in regular conditions, as you'd need either a mon that could pierce 200-200-200 bulk (choiced megafug? close combat mega lucario maybe?), a mon able to safely inflict the only status condition that can touch it, sleep, and in any case, a mon that can take at least one hit, since with 200 speed it is bound to move first against anything that isn't a ninjask after protect. It still has extreme speed though.
