HMs are no longer used on Pokémon to teach them moves. Instead, any Pokémon holding a "Hiddenizer" can use a compatible HM move in-battle by pressing "Hidden Move" on the left of the screen (in the same place as Mega Evolution and Z-Moves).

This is obviously ridiculous for something like Mew, but what about HM Slaves like Bibarel and Tropius?
