>>34171394You're right, it's completely unfair to all 11 cover legendaries that aren't as viable as Zygarde. Not only are there are only 5 cover legends stronger than him, one of them is banned and he beats two more of them 1v1. Zygarde got much, much better treatment than most of the other legendaries.
